NOW is the time to offer a truly integrated approach to healing…

We are facing a serious health care crisis. Folks seeking mental health support find themselves at the end of long waitlists for a therapist while many clinicians have reached clinical burnout and work to stabilize their own mental health.

Traditional psychotherapy falls short when it comes to supporting emotional wellbeing.

There is a need to create a NEW model of healing – one that includes the WHOLE person!

When you understand the layers of the body, and how to use them as portals to embodied healing everything changes…

You’ll finally be able to bring the entire body (yours and your clients) to your sessions in order to:

Transform your role as a therapist

Create meaningful & lasting change for your clients

Guide your client toward a greater capacity

And that’s exactly what I’ll support you to do inside the pages of my FREE guide to Embodied Healing for Therapists.

“My knowledge as a trauma-informed provider deepened. My comfort in providing individual clients and groups yoga-based breathwork and movement increased. My awareness of creating an emotionally healing environment has become more intentional.”

Hi, I’m Kate :)

Iwas working at the Trauma Center in Brookline with Bessel van der Kolk (author of The Body Keeps the Score), teaching women's yoga in one of the first yoga-for-trauma programs in the field, and completing a research project on the outcomes.

I remember thinking, ‘OMG — this is gonna change my life.’ I could clearly see how clients I’d been working with long-term began to experience real transformation in their life and overcome trauma.

I’ve since spent the last decade (and then some) exploring and teaching at the intersection of the mind and body for healing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am tired of seeing clients struggle, as I did, to bridge the gap between their current medical system and their mental health needs. Now, I’m on a mission to change the medical model to be more mind-body-centric by sharing the power of this work with folks like you.

This guide draws on my twenty years of experience, research and training in the field of neuroscience, psychology, clinical work, yoga therapy and somatic healing. My hope is that my heart's work inspires deep insight into the way you work with your clients and radically changes you approach to healing.

I walked away from her training feeling more confident in myself. I learned tactical skills and interventions that I can implement immediately with my clients, and other ways to support my own health and healing.
